About the role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Business Order Processing Administrator to join the Finance department at one of the UK’s leading Print Management companies.

Reporting to the Business Order Processing Manager, the successful candidate will manage a wide range of tasks, including the processing of sales orders, raise invoices, chase debtors and handle queries.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all sales paperwork is checked and corrected
  • Log all orders on Sales Books
  • Raise invoices for all leases and cash sales for hardware
  • Make sure all invoices are paid on time
  • Escalate any queries as necessary
  • Deal with general queries form Lease Companies/Sales Teams/Internal Departments
  • Collaborate with the rest of the Team to achieve shared goals
  • Assist the contract loading team during busy periods
  • Ad hoc duties for the BOP Manager/Finance Manager

Skills you need to succeed:

  • Good understanding of finance paperwork and processes (Desirable)
  • Great communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Computer literate – Microsoft, Outlook
