Role Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Manager to join one of the UK’s leading Print Management companies. Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the main focus of this role is to drive and support organic growth through the creation and delivery of the Aurora Digital Marketing Strategy. The successful candidate will manage, maintain and measure Aurora’s digital media content and direction alongside agency partners to ensure optimal return on investment.


  • Work closely with 3rd party agencies to support the delivery of digital media and content (Travel Required)
  • Manage Third-Party relationships to ensure optimal value is achieved and they support the organic growth direction


  • Leading, planning and executing digital marketing activity across paid and organic media including social media and email communication
  • Ownership and development of Aurora website ensuring all content is up to date, relevant, accurate and underpins growth
  • Provide meaningful analysis and reporting of website data
  • Plan and implement innovative ways to market the business
  • Drive and deliver digital and social media platforms to increase value and brand impact
  • Ensure a digital presence for Sales campaigns as appropriate
  • Promote a unified Aurora brand and its core values
  • Measure, evaluate and report on digital and social media effectiveness, making recommendations for change and continuous improvement
  • Keeping up to date new technology and integrations of platforms on the Aurora Website to drive engagement and improve CX
  • Management of and participation in events as required
  • Produce monthly reports & Analysis for the Board on Marketing effectiveness, website performance, campaign management and ROI.
  • Creation of hard copy marketing collateral for internal and external use such as branded promotional flyers and internal training documents where required


  • Lead, Motivate and inspire junior members of the Marketing Team to assist with the day-to-day marketing function
  • Conduct regular 121’s and performance reviews of staff

Skills you need to succeed:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable meeting suppliers/partners Face to Face (This role requires travel to partner sites when required)
  • Numerate and be comfortable using numbers for reporting and analysis
  • Content creation (blog posts, emails, social media content)
  • Experience of using Google Analytics and other Google functions such as Google My Business, Google Search Console and Google Ads
  • Ability to plan and manage workloads/ensure projects are completed efficiently
  • Branding and design of hard copy and digital collateral

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Prior, demonstrable experience of delivering digital marketing strategies that achieved revenue growth
  • IT literate with experience covering:
  • WordPress – demonstrable, in-depth knowledge of WordPress, from day-to-day management of content, through to the set-up of pages and the addition of graphics and images – experience of building/re-branding websites
  • SEO – a solid understanding of best practice with demonstrable experience of how to drive organic traffic
  • PPC – how to set up, manage and analyse PPC campaigns
  • Mail Chimp – to set up, execute and analyse email campaigns, as required
  • Survey Monkey – to set up surveys and present results
  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook & SharePoint
  • Adobe InDesign, which would be beneficial but is not a requirement (could
  • reduce external costs)
  • Experience working with Agencies and managing partner relations
  • Keeps up to date on Industry news
