Role Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Telesales Advisor to join one of the fastest growing and dynamic digital print solutions providers in the UK.

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be proactive in the sales of our products & services and have the ability to build strong customer relationships in order to maximise the lifetime value with our customers.

Main Duties will include (but not limited to)

  • Responsible for contacting New Business clients
  • Responsible for both business growth via our frameworks and cold calling
  • Prospecting and closing of new customers
  • Work in accordance with the departmental targets
  • Proactive sales of all products, services and solutions


Required Skills and Experience

  • GCSE Maths and English grade C or above
  • Full driving license
  • Ability to deliver to agreed deadlines under pressure
  • A strong and hardworking team player
  • Computer literate – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident and professional phone manner
